As we contemplate the ridiculous decision of our government this morning to declare that our goals have been met and we will stop attacking Hamas, even though they have declared no such cessation in their attempt to obliterate us, we worry about our men and boys in Aza, with permission only to respond to fire, not pre-empt an attack and not destroy the infrastructure of Hamas.
And we continue to be concerned for the residents of the south. Nine rockets so far have been launched into Israel this morning, 6 of them in Sderot. Most schools in the south are closed this morning in anticipation of incoming rockets.
What a victory we celebrate!!
Again we must re-iterate...a unilateral ceasefire means only that WE cease firing, not that they do.
How can a resigned prime minister continue to function as prime minister and continue to cause so much damage to our country?
